If she is wetting during the day as she always has, I wouldn't be overly concerned that she is waking up dry. I know the timing makes you worry but I'm willing to bet that it's completely coincidental.

Also signs of dehydration are as follows: Listlessness, sunken eyes, dry mouth, inability to wake up, etc. you'll know if there's a problem wiht that.
My son was hospitalized for dehydration on his first birthday and we knew something was wrong. it was very scary.
