contractions all night long and now nothing......

HI ladies! i was having tons of BH yesterday and during the night, they were pretty regular but never got closer or more intense..........but still i hoped that it was a real thing and now i am at work feeling so tiered with very irregular contractions. i am going to my dr appointment tomorrow, so i hope all the BHs at least are doing something in terms of dilation.
