Babyzone is great place for support, discussion, debate and sharing photos. We understand articles can play an important role in starting discussions as well as a reference for further debate. Sharing photo images of children, other family, friends and even pets is also key to a community and we excel at sharing.
To provide you with the absolute best experience we can, we wanted to provide you with “down-to-earth” clarification for copyright infringement.
Below are some examples of the types of things that are considered copyright infringement (there are others but this is a general guide):
Images
An image of an actor or famous sports figure copied from a website, magazine, movie poster or other source where the picture is not your own.
Any image that states it's copyrighted or has the copyright symbol on it.
Trademark
Company logos
Sports team logos
College logos
A photo with a photographers’ watermark (unless the watermark is your own)
Text
An article (a portion of or the entire article) regardless of whether credit is given to the author.
Recipes that are not your own
Poems
In order to avoid having a topic or post removed, provide a short summary and a link to the article rather than copying and pasting it.
I hope the examples above clarify things a bit better. If you have any other questions please email BabyzoneCommunity@disneyfamily.com.
