Do you have a name picked? : Due Date Club: March 2010

Just wondering who all has a name picked out for their little one (or two if you don't know the gender yet.) We had a girl's name picked (Penelope Noelle), but we're having a boy and struggling with a name for him. Just wondering what all the other los on the board will be named.

We have to come up with two names since we do not know the gender. It's been tough lol. We do have a boy name picked and so far it's Silas Christopher. No name for a girl yet.

The BZ monster keeps eating my posts...this is SO annoying!!!

Anyway, I was trying to say that we too had a girls name all picked out but we are having a little boy again. My DH is set on the name Ian Christopher but I'm not 100% sure I'm in love with it. I'm still looking at name books and asking everyone I know what their kids names are! Good luck coming up with a name for your little guy!

Big on Biblical names and names w/meanings ... last ds is Elias Jahmai...

Elias is the Greek variation of Elijah.

His little bro will be Emmanuel Jahmir.
According to the baby names sites Jahmir means handsome prince.

We chose Erin Marie.

If it had been a boy my DH wanted to name him Brenden Michael and I liked Adrian Alexander.

No name for us yet - haven't even discussed it. We'll find out the gender this Friday (woohoo!) and then the debate shall begin! We had such a difficult time with DD, that we thought we'd avoid the stress of picking out a boy AND girl name.

I don't know if DH would go for any of these, but some of my favorite names are:

Okay, BZ ate my post too...what is the deal? Anyway, we know we're having a boy now so we started to think more about names and it has been difficult for us to decide on any at all. I have some that I like and each one I say my DH doesn't like them...yet he doesn't have any names to contribute. So, I've gone down lists online of names and he's said that Ian and Chase are ones that are okay, so that' what I've got to go on. I like those names and I like Gavin, Evan, Zachary/Zach & Landon. I'm leaning toward Ian Zachary or Chase _______ . Maybe Chase Landon...the only thing with Chase is that it almost sounds better as a mn. I guess we'll have to wait and see what happens.

We are on the green team, so we need two names. Our girl name is Addison Elise. We are not sure about a boy name yet, but it's narrowed down to Jackson, Owen, or Ethan with the middle name Douglas.

We are having another little boy and like you we had our girl name all ready to go (Sofia Grace) but NO BOY NAMES!!!!!!!!!!!! It is so frustrating. DS is Nikos Maximus Battagliese. We are so in love with his name and it suits him perfectly. We are afraid to somehow disappoint this baby with a "lesser" name. DH wants to name him Bruce Wayne Battagliese (after Batman). I vetoed that pretty quickly!!!

Well, Hubby and I don't agree when it comes to girl's names. So far, this baby is Baby No Name. hee hee hee. I really like Maegan Marie. He hates it. He likes Kaelyn Marie. I'm okay with it, but it doesn't stick with me the way DD's name did. And that's the other hard part. DD is named Mazlyn, so finding another unique or uncommon name that we agree on is tough. So Baby Girl's name is still totally up in the air except for the middle name, Marie (my mom's middle name). Its frustrating, because he hates talking about it.

We had 2 boy names picked out. We were going to use DH's mn, which is Cooke (its a family name) for the middle name. The names we had were either Kheelan (means warrior) or Dagan (a mythological god of the harvest or grain)

Not yet - DH won't discuss in detail until we get closer to the due date... he's stubborn like that. We're on the green team, so need both sets. We were agreed on Sydney Caroline for a girl, but I've been questioning if I like it or not... suddenly Elise is a favorite, but no clue if DH likes it or not.

As for a boy - 100% up in the air - DH wants Cooper, I don't like it... we're tossing around Dalton or Tanner...

Our little princess will definetly be named Natalie Marie the name that's been chosen for her since 2005 when we first found out we were pregnant with DS #1. She will be named after Saint Natalie who was always called by " O HANDMADE OF CHRIST" .So now finally we get our little Natalie

I thought I already posted but I guess babyzone ate my post too! DH and I started talking about baby names the second we started trying to get pregnant and it took until the week of our big ultrasound to come up with names that we liked. I had really wanted to name a boy Maverick but DH was not having it. We finally decided on Sebastian Thomas (middle name after my dad) for a boy and we picked Zoe Elyse for a girl. Now that we know we are having a girl my DH decided that he wanted her to have my middle name so she will be named Zoe Rae.
