WDYT of the name Dylan? Is it too popular? Is it too similar to Gavin? Does it pull Gavin more trendy, or do you get more of a Welsh feeling?

WDYT of the combo Dylan Robert? (With brother Gavin Theodore)

Thanks!

And as a side note....anyone do the gender test with their wedding ring over the belly while pregnant? I know someone who swears by it, and just wondering who it's been accurate for!

I did the ring thing, and it was correct both times. ;)

Dylan Robert is nice, but a little blah next to Gavin Theodore.

I like Dylan Robert. It's a handsome combo. I think it's nice with Gavin.

I didn't do the ring thing sorry. I did do the Chinese birth chart. It was wrong.

Dylan Robert is handsome. I like Dylan with Gavin.

Dylan is one of those names that I know is often considered 'trendy', but I view it as more Welsh (if that even makes sense?!)

Anyway, I know a little boy (from Wales) called M.organ F.inley D.ylan Lastname - and, I think it is a sweet combo. Both Morgan and Finley would also work with Gavin, IMO.

Dylan is a nice name. It is very popular. It is not too similar to Gavin. Both Gavin and Dylan feel very popular in the same way but I do like that they are both Welsh. I think a lot of people won't get the Welsh thing, they will just see them as popular names. Dylan Robert is handsome.

I think Dylan is a nice name- even if it is considered popular/trendy. I don't view it as so - it brings to mind Dylan Thomas or Bob Dylan (so it has more of an artsy feel for me.) Gavin and Dylan would make wonderful brothers!

I am not around children/babies much, but I feel like I don't hear the name that often anymore. I heard it used more in the late 90s and early 00s.

Dylan and Gavin go well together and brothers. Dylan Robert is a good choice. I don't really consider Dylan as that popular although where I currently work there are about 4 little boys named Dylan.
