I will be going natural. Glad you started a board.

I've been working on my pelvic floor exercises. I feel pretty strong, but would like to work on regulating my breath when doing them. Anyone have a similar problem? I tend to hold my breath every time I pull in and know that's not good for the baby when holding for several seconds at a time.
