Have to start somewhere!
Beginning weight: 155
Goal weight: 140 (this is less than my pre-pregnancy weight, and I'd probs be pretty happy at 145)
Special diet/plan(weight watchers, etc): eat more unprocessed foods and more veggies and fruits mostly, but no special plan persay.
Workout plan: I am going to start running again - it might be hard with her not being able to go into the jogger for quite awhile, but I'm going to try and get a couple miles in here and there, and then soccer starts for me in just over 2 weeks, so hopefully that helps kick my ass into shape
Any particular strategy? Running and soccer, doing stuff with her outside, trying to stay away from booze and sweets, breastfeeding, and we'll go from there.
