Beginning weight:175
Goal weight:140
Special diet/plan(weight watchers, etc):Nothing in particular, just going to cut down on portion size, eat more healthy and not so many sweets
Workout plan:I haven't quite figured it all out yet but I'd like to start at least 1/2 hour in the morning before work then up it to 1 hour eventually. Also start on the treadmill in the evenings.

Any particular strategy? Just to try to drink lots of water, get up and get moving!

Beginning weight: 144
Goal weight: 130 (pre preg was 139, so I'm pushing for a little extra here)
Special diet/plan(weight watchers, etc): Eat healthier for the entire family. DH is going to be losing weight with me and Ben needs a healthy diet. Mostly we'll be limiting our fast food/take out intake. When we cook at home we're pretty good about what we eat!
Workout plan: For starters, walking with Ben. Soon I'll be adding yoga, jogging and extra ab exercises.

Any particular strategy? Stay motivated by motivating DH. Also I'll be pushing my fluids!

Beginning weight: 135
Goal weight: 125
Special diet/plan(weight watchers, etc): Just trying to limit portions and cut back on junk.
Workout plan: I'm on week 4 of the Insanity workouts.

Any particular strategy? Just making sure I get my cardio in and cutting back on bad foods. I'm not losing weight as fast as I would like but I can definitely feel some muscle coming back :)

Beginning weight: 269.0
Goal weight: 230.0
Special diet/plan(weight watchers, etc): Well, I'm down almost 40 lbs from when I first found out I was pregnant, so I'm just going to watch what I eat like I did when I was pregnant
Workout plan: Going to do some walking with the baby. As she gets older, I can go back to turning up the radio and dancing my butt off around the house LOL!

Any particular strategy? None really. I think the breastfeeding is helping because I lost 4 lbs in like a week! I actually feel really good about how I look now and I hope to keep looking this good until I get pregnant again (which isn't going to be for at LEAST another 2 years!).

Beginning weight: 205
Goal weight: 180 (was 172 pre-pregnancy, but that was with 6+ hours at the gym per week and I don't think that will be possible now!)
Special diet/plan(weight watchers, etc): Weight Watchers (I do online only). I started it back last Tuesday. I'm scared of causing a drop in my milk supply, so I'm doing their Simply Filling Technique. Basically, it cut all of the crap out of my diet and increased the amount of protein and healthy grains that I eat. I've done it before and it works. Plus, I'm free to eat when hungry and I don't crave sugar!
Workout plan: Gym workouts with my trainer twice a week (started back yesterday and it was glorious!), plus an additional 3-4 hours of cardio (eventually!) per week.

Any particular strategy? Track all foods and stick to my diet plan. Drink lots of water. Do my best as far as exercise. Some weeks I won't make my time goal...which is fine, as long as my average is there. I also plan to use you ladies to keep me on track!

Beginning weight: 69kgs (was 65kgs pre pregnancy)
Goal weight: 63kgs
Special diet/plan(weight watchers, etc): Eat healthy, cut out most sweets (been eating way too many chocolates and ice cream). Drink more water and not have any alcohol during the week and only a glass or two of wine on weekends.
Workout plan:Once my dr has given me the go ahead I will be joining my spinning class again 3 times a week and the rest of the week I will go for a walk (at least half an hour) or a bike ride with hubby (we ride hard and difficult terrain). For now I will go for at least a 30 min walk daily :)

Any particular strategy? I was pretty fit pre pregnancy, will just have to get into the whole thing again...will be harder with a baby...but I will make a plan.

Beginning weight: 129
Goal weight: 118
Special diet/plan(weight watchers, etc): Eating healthy, limiting my sweets and carbs, and drinking water like crazy.
Workout plan: I;ve started walking 20-30 minutes daily, once I hit 6 weeks would like to incorporate some weights and do Jillian Michaels 30 day shred.

Any particular strategy? I have an app on my phone where I can log in my exercise and all foods that I eat. That helps a lot!

Beginning weight: 167
Goal weight: 130
Special diet/plan(weight watchers, etc): I am not big on diets. I was never able to follow them completely. but I will be watching my portions and cutting out sweets and other junk I ate while pregnant
Workout plan: Right now just walking as much as I have time for. Usually I can do at least 30 minutes a day. Once I get the all clear from my MW (2 more weeks until my appoitment) I will probably start jogging and trying to go back to the gym

Any particular strategy? Nothing particular yet because I haven't gotten the ok to do anything from my midwife

Have to start somewhere!

Beginning weight: 155
Goal weight: 140 (this is less than my pre-pregnancy weight, and I'd probs be pretty happy at 145)
Special diet/plan(weight watchers, etc): eat more unprocessed foods and more veggies and fruits mostly, but no special plan persay.
Workout plan: I am going to start running again - it might be hard with her not being able to go into the jogger for quite awhile, but I'm going to try and get a couple miles in here and there, and then soccer starts for me in just over 2 weeks, so hopefully that helps kick my ass into shape :)

Any particular strategy? Running and soccer, doing stuff with her outside, trying to stay away from booze and sweets, breastfeeding, and we'll go from there.
