So, we have some new members, so I thought it would be a good time to do the "Hot Seat" again!  It's a great way for us to drill each other and get invaluable information to lead us to further success!  So, if you are interested in being in the Hot Seat, please reply to this post and we can hopefully start it back up in a week or two!
