Hi everybody! I was just wondering if there is anybody out there that is going through what I am?. My husband and I have  been together for 15 years now and have five kids. He had a vasectomy in 2000. We decided we wanted more children last year so he had a reversal in march of this year. Is there anybody else out there that has been through something like this. How long does it take to concieve? Thanks for all your help!!!!!!!!!

Hi thanks for replying. How long did your doctor tell you till you could possibly become pregnant? Ours said anywhere from three months to two years.

The doctor didnt really give us a time line. I have read from 3 to 12 months though! At 6 months the semen analysis sperm count was 0 so doctor told us it was not a successful surgery! We have not tested since 6 months and it will be a year since the surgery next month! I am still not pregnant so i am assuming that it did not work! I think we should probably have a semen analysis again to make sure! So have you had a semen analysis done yet? Thank you for replying....its good to know there are others out there who have have had the surgery!      Thanks, Steph
