Tuesday Sept 15 I had to take a blood test to determine I wasn't pregnant (I needed it for a radiology test I need done).  It came back with a level six HCG-they checked it twice.  I went to my GYN and they took another blood test, less than an hour later.
Wednesday Sept 16 I took a home pregnancy test which came back with a faint but definate positive sign.  That afternoon my GYN called and said my HCG is a level 4.
Thursday Sept 17 I call my doctor and explain that I had a urine test that came back positive, they say come back in the morning.

Friday Sept 18 I take another home pregnancy test first thing in the morning and it comes back with a darker positive sign.  Go to the GYN they take a urine test it comes back negative.  They draw my blood and tell me to wait until Monday.

Sunday Sept 20 I start bleeding like a normal period.

Monday Sept 21 The doctor tells me my HCG level is now an 8 and wants me to come in again for more blood work.  Go back and have more blood drawn.  They say they are calling me in the morning.  The nurse says no matter what the result is, I need to have an emergency appt with the doctor.  They can't get me in until Wednesday.

What's wrong with me?
Also, I have PCOS and have not had a period since July 25 and before that May 5.

the only thing i can think of is when my mother was pregnant she would get her period for the first trymester and even though she was pregnant some of the tests came back negative... dont know if that will help at all but if that is what you have then at least you know that it can be okay.

God Bless

Level came back as a two.  No baby for me.

I am meeting with the doctor tomorrow to talk about the last week.  I'm so ready for it to be my time, I just don't know if God is ready for it to be my time!

Hello Ladies~

I am new to this forums... I was wondering if anyone has ever experienced what I'm going through....

Well, been ttc for about 3months and finally decided to use and OPK... So, got the smiley on the 13th and Af is to arrive next week but normally my breast would be sore BUT this month my breast isn't sore and the tip of my nipple has changed a different color from the rest of my aereola... Can this be a possible sign to being preggo?? I do still have a few days before I test but I also want to wait till I miss a period.

Can someone please share some words of wisdom or kindness?

Thank you

your areola's darkening can definitely be a sign of pregnancy. For me that is one of the last signs that happens, lol...usually my first indicator is that I'm suddenly hungry at 3am for a week straight...then that subsides and by the time it does it's time to take a test.

Seriously if you are wondering go by a couple cheapos and test now (as long as you are not more than 5 days before af.

This pregnancy, i found out I was pregnant 7 days past ovulation! With my first I didn't find out until I was nearly 2 weeks late and even then the test was really faint.

Good Luck! I hope you get your BFP!
