At work on Sunday a customer asked me when Father's Day was, I said I don't know, I don't follow that day. One of the customer service managers was standing right there at the podium(I don't really like her b/c of the way she talks to me) I ask her if she knows when Father's Day is, she says why? I said b/c this lady wants to know and I don't follow that day. She says, oh, you have that I don't give a crap about my dad, not getting him anything type of attitude. I just look at her and say no, I don't follow it b/c my dad passed away and it's a hard day for me. She dropped her smile, said oh and walked off. No, I'm sorry, I didn't know or anything. I have never said anything to the higher ups about the way she talks to me, but I think I might with this, b/c she said this in front of a customer, and didn't think before saying it. Sure, she doesn't know that my dad passed away, and that's exactly why she should have kept that comment to herself.
