Hi, my fiance and I have been trying to conceive for a couple months now and I am over a week late on my period. I've been having some symptoms like nausea, heartburn, a kind of tight-ness in my abdomen, and butterflies.
however, my home tests have all been negative. Has anyone had this happen and actually turned out to be pregnant?

I have heard of ladies getting false negatives. I've never had it happen to me. I'm going to link you to the TTC boards. Maybe someone there can help.
