Since you mentioned low progesterone, you could try taking maca root powder. It's a food, not an herb - that is supposed to naturally support hormone balance. It tastes malty; add it to a smoothie. Another lady on this board recommended a fertility smoothie with greens - wheat grass is a SUPER fertility booster. I found an energy bar with wheat grass, flax, nuts, seeds & fruit "pro bar super slam" which I eat every day. Food wise, the other thing you can do to boost fertility is to avoid white flour and sugar, go gluten-free. No white bread, or pasta. Avoid dairy, like milk and ice cream and yogurt - anything cold. I know it's hard to give up cheese etc. but try to cut down. Hope this helps!
