Hi All! If you are TTC and will test in the month of October this is your post! The previous groups were such a success that we (the girls and I) decided to comtinue the experience! This is a group where you can discuss your hopes and fears, and frustration if we get BFN or AF. We can also give each other advice on BBT and CM charting. And most importantly: seeing that we are not alone with the BFN frustration!!! I hope this group will have many new members because we like to welcome new faces! So feel free to join us!

***important note: I'm sorry the post came out so crooked! I can't edit all the HTML code. I don't know what happened! I did it as I always do when I begin a group... I hope this is still readable!!!***

My husband just had his permanence at work, I am on the priority list and thus almost assured of having a job every school year, there never was a better time! a bit of your TTC/couple story: My husband and I have been married for just over three years now.  Originally I wanted to wait two years before trying.  I was about to change my mind when my husband decided to take a new job in a new town, and I would be loosing my local sick days from my old school district.  I decided to wait the two years so I could get settled into my new world.  We begain trying in June of 2008.  We didn't have any luck until Februrary of 2009.  My husband and I were so excited.   We told everyone and started planning for our little peanut.  Unforunately at the end of April I had a m/c and lost our peanut.  We never really stopped trying but we activitely started in june again.  I would really love to have a BFP before my original due date comes at the beginning of Nov.  I have this month and next to get that BPF.  Here's to trying!

a bit of your TTC/couple story: My DH and I were high school sweethearts, and have been married for three years (four in December).  We conceived our ds during the first cycle (actually, the first time we ever had unprotected sex)!  lol  Because of that, we figured we could just decide when we wanted a second child, and start that month. We started last month, bot of us feeling pretty certain that it would happen.   I am a teacher, and was hoping to have the summer with my new LO, but God has a different plan.  We are putting this in his hands, and hoping for a BFP soon.    My ds is 19 months old, and is truly the light of my life.  I can't even imagine my life without him.  I look forward to spending October with you girls again, and hope we have lots of BFP's coming our way.

TTC
story: DH and I got married in 2005, and had a miscarriage at 12 weeks that same year. We conceived DD (the LOVE of my life) in Dec 2005, and she was born 9/11/06. We conceived 2nd DD  in Nov 2008, but it ended in a heartbreaking loss at 22 weeks. I then conceived again in July of 2009, but had another miscarriage at 5 1/2 weeks. I have since been diagnosed with a blood clotting disorder and a short luteal phase, and will be taking baby aspirin forever, and Lovanox injections and progesterone the next time I become pregnant. We're supposed to wait 2 cycles (November) before trying again, but we're just going to let God plan our future. If he wills it to be then we might have only waited one cycle.

bit of our TTC story:  I can't wait to have children and DH is so good with them.  We were going to start trying in Oct, b/c my doc said I should get off BC 3 months before we start trying, but we started trying right away (So impatiant I am  )  I told DH that it can be hard getting preggo right off the pill, so we mine as well start trying... so here we are 2 months later and possibly either prego or not!  hahaha, we will see!  I keep envisioning the bedroom all done up.  We were showing family our new house and DH said this will be where the baby will be and my cousin was like "you already know" and we are like yep!  DH is so adorable....

And a bit of your TTC/couple story.  we're getting married oct 3rd and want to start ttc after that. DH isn't 100% sure if he wants to start in oct or nov. but hopefully it will be oct. I feel guilty about wanting to ttc b/c he's got the mind set that nows not the time to ttc, but i try to tell him it could take months before we get a BFP and then another 9 months after that before the baby is born. So it could be another year or so before a baby is actually here. I know i shouldn't feel so guilty but Its hard when he's not as excited as I am. But i know he wants more kids and he'll be excited when they are physically here for him to hold.

a bit of your TTC/couple story.  My husband and I have known each other since we were 8. He's my best friend.  We were best friends all our lives but we always dated other people. About a year after my divorce we started dating and we got married may 6th 2006.  My husband has no natural children, and I have been wanting another child for about a year.  I worked on my health and  we both worked on our finances and we officially started trying in June when I had my IUD removed after 7 years.  TTC is much more emotional than I thought and I'm glad to be here where there is all this support. I leraned a lot during cycle three, I'm optimistic this will be my cycle.

And
a bit of your TTC/couple story.    DH and I met through our roommates
who were dating.  He is originally from Ireland (accent and all), so it
was only fitting that we met on St. Patrick's Day.  We married August
14, 2005 and conceived our now 3yr old daughter 6 weeks after we got
married.  This June I finished my last BC pack and had a normal AF and
started trying the 26th, 28th, 30th, and 2nd.  I thought that was
pretty efficient.  Unfortunately, AF reared her ugly face.  The last 2
months i have only had 25 day cycles.  I really hope this is it.  I'm also a
teacher (Kindergarten), so I'm trying to time it with the
school year.

A bit of your TTC/couple story: I am off of Mirena as of 9/17, but have been put on Yaz to help with ovarian cysts.  Dr has told us to use a condom for the first three weeks.  Dh doesn't want to wear condoms, and I dont want him to either.  So right now we are playing what I call russian rullette (baby style).  If I get pg it would be great, if not I will be heartbroken, and then we will havee to wait until I have my job as a surgical tech for a little while.  Wish me luck that the Yaz doesn't want to work! lol

Hoppy-  I had to take the EXcet or something like that...

all the others.. will individual response later..

me-  well.. I'm not happy.. last night I had light pain/cramps... and so now I think AF is coming around 5 days early!!!  I am hoping that maybe this is early implantation pain.. and I AF stays AWAY!  TMI warning--- I seem to be really moist down there this week.  my husband was excited last night and so we had fun doing the BD.. I didn't tell his it was too late... he doesn't need to know that.  (I had the light pains before BDing) and just this evening I have noticed slight discolorization, but I am wondering if this could be implantation bleeding or maybe from the BDing last night... I guess I will know soon (within no more than 5 days and possibly less) if SHE has shows or plans on showing.  How long can implantation pain last?

I just have a quick question for anyone who took Clomid.  I just started taking Clomid Monday and I have been having extremely severe back pain.  Is this normal?  I have also been getting headaches.  I am really worried that their is something wrong.  I still have 2 more pills to take!  I hope someone can answer this for me.

To All: I'm testing tomorrow, but I'm not sure how it will go.  I had kind of pink, sticky CM this evening, and I feel like puking.  I'm exhausted and I just want 2:31 on Friday to get here.  (Our kids are dismissed at 2:30.)  Thank you for all of your warm wishes!  I'll update you tomorrow.  Please say a little prayer b/c I'm exhausted and beginning to get frustrated.

Hello girls!

The following is a post by Jurbanski on the September Group:

had aanother sono by fertility dr and was sent to have a more accurate sono with a
specialist. Both babies are measuring right on and both had a good heart beat,
though baby B's heart rate was at 200, seemed high to me but the dr didnt
seem concerned. Baby B is also low on amniotic fluid.  Dr said could be
something or it could be nothing...we are scheduled for a NT in 3 weeks
and we will find out more info...
have any of you had low fluid with your los? Gosh Im only 9 weeks....

Hopefullyone: We can have abrasion from intercourse. And sometimes, when its really deep (sorry TMI) it has given me cramps in the past. I don't know what to tell you. Could this be this? Implantation? AF? I'm sorry, but I have no answer. Let's see if the girls have one, but I am afraid that for my part all I can say is: "It sucks but you have to wait it out."

Hoppy: Implantation bleeding and the dip usually go together. I'll keep on praying for your BFP. I can't wait to see what you will get tomorrow! I am super psychotting for you!

Yay for October!!!

Me- I am beat tonight. I had to work 5 hours over at work because someone called in and my car was towed too! Today was not a good day for me at all. I am beat and DH is beat so no BD'ing tonight. Also we will be out of town this weekend and I am suppose to O on Saturday so I don't really know if this will be my cycle. We are going to BD on friday and maybe that will do it for us. I can only hope :)

EVERYONE:

I have updated the test calendar. Please go take a look and see if your info is there. I seem to be missing some girls. I guess I wasn't really paying attention this month with school keeping me busy and such! If you are not there, please give me your test date so I can add you the next time I'll update. Thanks!

Gosh between you & Hoppy I don't have to pyschot for myself cause I get to do it for yall!

Trini: I hope the brb has packed up & you've been able to enjoy some lovin from your dh!

Wow super girls! It's hard to believe it's October already-kinda scary how fast time goes by. Praying for lots of sticky beans this month.

Ellie_sweetie I am unable to open the website for checking the testing dates.  Since my date is up in the air, dont worry about me having a testing date.  You are doing an excellent job here for the group.

Me  After a 5 hour shift at work, I am offically pooped.  It's great to know that October is here, that way we are getting closer and closer to our new test dates.  Today, starts my 2WW.  It's crazy how 2 weeks can really mess with your mind.

I hope we all get our bfp's this month.  October seems like a great month!  Baby dust to all!

ellie - you are amazing with all you do for us ladies, you are a real treasure!!!
Thank you everyone for all your prayers as we prepare for October 28th... still got a weird excited but nervous feeling... but a bit of the psychological stress has gone as my mind now thinks its so much closer now that its October...

Hoppy - praying for you as you prepare to test...

HardHatGirl - praying for your hubby, hope you are feeling well, and sooooo sorry but praying for the other members out there who are going for jobs or have DH's going for jobs, sorry i cant remember exact names...

Jurbanski - praying for your little twins!!!

Me - after an awful awful day at work today, was sooooooooooooooo bad, i was a wreck at the end of it, but there were two things that kept me going all day 1) being that i knew i would get to see my DH at the end of it all and 2) we were expecting our IVF schedule in the mail today, so i couldnt wait to get home and look in the letterbox (or if DH beat me home, see what mail there was).... only driving home took me over an hour when it usually takes 25-35mins as there was a big accident on the Pacific Highway/Gateway Motorway merge so traffic was not moving real well... then when i got home it was sooooooooooooo nice to have DH home before me and greet me with a drink and i could just get changed and relax... but then i found out we got NO MAIL, ZERO MAIL, NOTHING!!! i was sooooo upset, as much as we know a date to start i just like to know when to expect to have to 'do' things, i want it all to work out as perfect as possible, and organise my shifts at work around things... but DH was amazing and let me vent about my day and reminded me there is always tomorrow, the mailman does work on Fridays too he told me... so i am going to go to sleep soon, and see what the morning brings... have to sort out what christmas presents we have tomorrow... see how many left to buy, will be a good distraction i think...
anyhow, i know i am tired, i am rambling now, lol...

Praying for you all!!!
Love and God Bless,
xoxo

Hi, y'all.  So, the only dark thing on my stick was a control line.  I used First Response.  I may get a digi to use this weekend.  Oh, I almost forgot...my temp stayed the same this morning (98.3).  Although, I feel like crap.  My tummy is icky, and everyone around me has been getting sick, so I'm trying to watch my temp throughout the day to make sure that I'm not just sick.  In 45 minutes, it has gone from 98.3 to 98.7.  So, I guess I'm going to have a low-grade temp again today.  I know that it can be a good sign, but I'm very nervous b/c of the flu, respiratory stuff, and tummy stuff that all the kids are getting.  Anyhow...I hope that everyone has a great day!  :)

Thanks to Mommyqb & Ellie for their insight!

HAPPY OCTOBER, EVERYONE!  This is my favorite fall month!  :)

Good morning everyone!

Ellie - You rock!  You are so good at keeping everything organized and in check....I'm sure it's fine!

Hoppy - sorry about the BFN...perhaps it's too early and there isn't enough HSG in you yet.

Me - not feeling so hot today, but PHILLIES WON OUR DIVISION!  yay!!!  I'm going to a game tonight, wish it was last night!  :)  I'm not feeling so well today...my stomach feels way off....I'm sure it's nothing, but just like Hoppy, we have the bug going around here and I hope to not have it.  BD sessions of lessend...bummer...since I don't know when or even if I have O'd yet, I would like to keep with our usual every otehr day routine....but things happen I guess....we'venever really strayed from that until recently...oh well, I'm sure it's nothing.  I haven't been in the nest of moods recently, so I am sure that doesn't help his mood!  duh!

Good luck to everyone in October!!!

Happy October!!! wanted to wish you ladies the very best this month with O'ing and BFP's!!

Been poping in to keep up to date, just not writing too much, been tied up with work and family.  doing well though except can't get the ankle swelling down but DA is set for today.

Hoppy: wishing you that BFP and tons of babydust coming your way!

Aussie: wishing you well with IVF!

Emmagrace: its a side affect unfortunately.  Try drinking some caffiene.  If that doesn't help, then drink 1/2 cup caffiene and take a tylenol just as its allowed when a person is preg.  It might give you some relief.

Hope everyone has a great day!

Hello everyone. My test date is soooo far away! I'm one of the last people to test this month. t would have been earlier if AF had shown when she was expected. But I'm happy to say she has left the building. Also, I may have been confused about when my DH has drill. It may be this weekend and not next. This would be great for us, considering I'm O'ing next week. Lol. We'll find out today and I'll let you know.

Horsie Amanda: You live in Ohio too! Along with myself,  sunshineday and sun7kissed21. We all thought it was really cool to live so close to others on here. And I don't think any other place has more than one person on this board. There's four of us Ohioans! Lol.

Hoppy   I'm so sorry about the BFN, but if you're thinking you had implantation dip/bleeding just two days ago I would bet that this morning would be too early to have enough hCG to detect.  I say wait until Saturday am to retest.  Don't be discouraged yet!  Baby dust to you girl!!

Hoppy - I agree with HardHatGirl if you just implanted it's way too early to test positive.  I can feel it in my bones that a BFP is close in your future.  And October is your favortite fall month - so when better to get a BFP?
