Love Dee's hat, Sherri.
This is DS with his little pumpkin. He bought it for my parents, and was taking it around my parents' yard, throwing it occasionally. He was kind of upset that it didn't keep rolling.

Grandpa and DS after a long day's construction/pumpkin throwing.

My newest family member, San. The oldest cat I have is actually DS's dad's cat, and Nomi (the cat I spent $900 to save last year) is DS's cat, so San is mine. Her name, in the tradition I have for cats, is Japanese. She's my third cat, so her name is simply 'three' in Japanese. San did not like the flash, so she kept squinting, hah. She's 8 weeks old and, in a total contrast to how Nomi was, healthy and happy and playful. She's on my shoulder as I type this. I've made her appointment for her shots at 12 weeks, and will then schedule her spaying for when she's 6 months.I'm in a small apartment now, but will be moving in the spring to a place with more space, so although three cats is a bit much here, we'll have more space before she needs it.
