Ok, pregnant with baby #2, had a section with the first one, I'm just
wondering, I'm in my 8th week, and I sometimes get some pain around my
section scar. Nothing major, it'll just get kinda sore, almost like the
skin is being pulled or something. It comes and goes. Is that normal?

I am not sure if it is normal but I have the same issue. My doctor did an ultrasound just on my scar and they did not see anything. I often wonder if maybe there is some scar tissue that is pulling.  If it really is bothering you I would call your OB.

I had that with My third baby.... I t hink that it has to do with scar tissue, and you can feel the stretching/ pulling.

Although I will tell you that My Doctor did not seem to think I should be feeling that.

I had that some with #2 and #3 and doc said it was from scar tissue, stretching, pulling, etc.  She seemed to think it was perfectly normal and was not concerned at all.

i'm currently 15 weeks with my 2nd and right at week 8, i got the same feelings.  i called the OB and they said it was pretty normal to hear of that kind of pain in women with prior c/s.  she said it was that the scar tissue doesn't stretch as easily as the rest so it causes some pain/discomfort.  i just had to be really careful not to move too fast for a little while and now i haven't had any pain around my scar for a while.

I am on baby number 2 after a c, and I am currently 10 weeks. I have had that same feeling for a couple of weeks as well. Call your doc if you feel uncomfortable, but I was told to expect it. Congrats!

I'm 29 weeks and have been having c/s scar pain/tension for a few months.  My OB said it was normal since I had some healing issues and have more scar tissue than usual.  At first, my scar itched a lot, now it's just sore all the time.  It's just the lack of elasticity in the tissue and skin causing it to be sore.  Plus, you could have some internal adhesions from a previous surgery, making things tighter in there.  It shouldn't be unbearable though.  I expect it to get worse, but I've only got 8 more weeks to go and then another c/s.
