Does your baby sleep through the night yet? How often does he/she wake up? No..he usually wakes up at 1am and goes back to sleep..but then he wakes up at 3:30am and it's a fight to get him to calm down and sleep...

What is the most exciting thing your LO has done so far? Everything is sooo exciting..His little smiles are so adorable..or when I lay him on my chest and he wiggles his way closer to my face..it's so damn cute

How are you adjusting to motherhood or being the mother of multiple children? Pretty well. It helps that the big boys are so much older and can totally take care of themselves. It always takes me an extra half hour to get the kids all ready when we have some place to go, and I haven't quite mastered that!

Does your baby sleep through the night yet? How often does he/she wake up? Pretty much. He is usually asleep before 10pm and usually wakes up between 4 and 5am then goes back down by 6am and will sleep until at least 8am.

What is the most exciting thing your LO has done so far? Hmmm...just about everything is exciting to me!!

How are you adjusting to motherhood or being the mother of multiple children? Crazy how your life and priorities completely change the moment they are born. I am adjusting well...DH, not so much.
Does your baby sleep through the night yet? How often does he/she wake up? she has always slept good, 3-4 hour stretches usually- lately she has a good night of 6-7 hours straight...but that is not every night.
What is the most exciting thing your LO has done so far? she has the most amazingly beautiful gummy smile that she gives us sometimes (more and more often every day now) and she is learning so fast- I dance her/bounce her when singing songs, and she actually seems to remember when I do "we all fall down" for ring around the rosie, I lay her back from a sitting position slowly...she loves it! and will try and keep bouncing even after I stop bouncing her

How are you adjusting to motherhood or being the mother of multiple children? It has been a hard adjustment this time around. Going from 1 to 2 kids was easy, 2 to 3 was hard! But I think we are finally getting into a routine

Does your baby sleep through the night yet? How often does he/she wake up? She usually sleeps from 10:00pm to 5:00am, then back to sleep til 8:00 or 9:00.

this is my first, but for the most part, my day seems pretty normal. being out of a job for a very long time (years) due to the recession, my day was filled with computer stuff, and being a house wife. so i was able to transition into a stay at home mom fairly well. i just have to get used to getting up in the middle of the night.

Does your baby sleep through the night yet? How often does he/she wake up?
it really depends. Lux seems VERY sensitive to gas, even a normal amount of gas, so even tho she doesn't have colic, we have the calming drops. i tend to give it to her with every other feeding, or every third feeding, and it seems to help a lot. whenever i forget to do that, she is up half the night crying with gas. on good nights, she can sleep for 6-7 hours straight. bad nights only an hour or two. with heavy crying.

What is the most exciting thing your LO has done so far?
at first it was keeping her head up, then pushing herself up on my chest with her arms, then kicking and standing up with help, and now she is smiling and giggling, and cooing so sweetly.

Does your baby sleep through the night yet? How often does he/she wake up? She wakes up once if any, otherwise sleeps from 10:30 - 4:30 or 5am, not too shabby!!

What is the most exciting thing your LO has done so far? She really tries to pull herself up and sit up, like shes doing crunches, being more active with each passing day!

Doing better then I thought I would...with having a 13 year old and now a baby is quite the jump, but Caitlin is seeming to do well with it which has taken a load off of my mind. Also what helped is I have finally learnt to put out of my mind all the comments that are like: "Well your older now.. dot dot dot.. or "Have you thought of how much older you are going to be when this one is an adult? Is that really fair to her???" Mind you, I am just 34..and didn't even consider myself all that old till all these comments, which some of those have come from my very own Mom.. thanks Mom.. bleh

Does your baby sleep through the night yet? How often does he/she wake up?
Sorta? For a newborn, she can...meaning, she can sleep up to 5-6 hours sometimes which is about as long as I could expect to hope for, now if could just get her to do that every night and to do that 'when' I want her too.. she has sometimes, which would be like from 1 am - 7am.. just doesnt always happen, only maybe happens half the time if really lucky.. but roughly normally..she falls asleep sometime at night, that part varies so i wont try to type that out, but get her to fall asleep again around 10-11 pm at night..she then wakes wanting food around 1 ish.. -the times im lucky she sleeps till 6 or 7 or so, the other half of the time she wakes again around 4 or 5...up an hour or two, then up again at 8 or 9... BUT if she did the wake at 6 or 7, she then (if i can get her to go back to sleep) will sleep a few more hours.. its sorta hard to type out a schedule to be honest though

What is the most exciting thing your LO has done so far?
Her smile..to me..seeing the few times she gives you that truly huge beautiful grin just touches my very heart and soul.. she is learning to do more each day and to try to 'talk' to me more...but she hasnt done enough of that to count yet..so the next exciting thing would be to hear her trying to talk more

I'm ajusting well I think. A little post partum in the first few weeks. Also my mom is around a lot to help my daughters when needed. My 15 year is helpful too when I need to get things done around the house.

Jayden wakes usually 2-3 times a night. He is usually easy to put back to sleep ..but every now and then he is up bright eyes and wants attention or play.

So I love with this little guy.. aas all my kids. Everything he does is so sweet.. love laying him on my chest and him be so content.

How are you adjusting to motherhood or being the mother of multiple children? i am officially now a first time mommy and i love it. i wouldn't trade him or give it up for anything in the world. it might be hard but because of him i pushed myself harder than i ever have and landed a huge job that the company rarely hands out to 19 year olds.

Does your baby sleep through the night yet? How often does he/she wake up? he only wakes up once or twice. usually sleeps 9-12:30 then 12:30 to 5-6. hes pretty awesome.

What is the most exciting thing your LO has done so far? hes got teeth! his teeth are about to cut threw and i can't believe it. and hes almost holding his head up on his own. hes pretty amazing.

Does your baby sleep through the night yet? How often does he/she wake up? If she is in her crib, absolutely not. If she sleeps with me, (who am I kidding - she never sees her crib!) she will sleep at least 5 hours at a stretch usually 6-8. After that initial stretch she gets up every two hours until around 11.
What is the most exciting thing your LO has done so far? she "talks" to us and answers questions, follows directions, and rolls over and smiles all the time. Waiting for "real" laughs since she pretty much only does it in her sleep.

How are you adjusting to motherhood or being the mother of multiple children? I absolutely love being a mommy. Its the greatest thing I have ever done.
Does your baby sleep through the night yet? How often does he/she wake up? Jaylen does very well sleeping. It is a rare night if she wakes up before morning. She usually sleeps from 10:30ish to 9:00 sometimes later!!
What is the most exciting thing your LO has done so far? Everything! I get so overwhelmed with joy over every little thing. She is just so amazing. She is starting to sit up unsupported and it is so cool. I am just so proud of her!!
