Hey girls!
Well, the big day is here! My RE decided we will try the LEAP protocol for our next round of IVF. In preparation for #2 I triggered ovulation at CD14 last week and have started my Luteal estrogen and ganirelix injections. I was super worried I wouldn't get hardly any estrogen or ganirelix prime because my Luteal phase is usually super short but so far so good. AF is expected this weekend followed by stims late next week. I CAN'T FRGN WAIT!!! I'll be doing 3 injections this time, micro dose Lupron, menopur, and max follistim(450IU).
After absolutely Zero response to stims last time I'm really scared for this cycle. However, I feel more confident that we are going to have a positive outcome. We have had many parts of our personal life ironed out which means overall it will be really great timing for an April/May delivery. The only crazy part of this cycle is DHs family. His two teen sons fly in Sunday for 3 weeks and his mom& dad fly in Tuesday for 2 weeks. We are going to have a houseful! I'm hoping I can keep my sanity while going to appts every few days pumping myself full of hormones !!! How did you all react to the hormones? Am going to be the wicked witch of the west?? Any tips or pointers?
Happy Thursday, ladies!
