Secondary Infertility

Hello all, I am new to the board. I am experiencing secondary infertility. I was able to conceive with no problem with my son, but 9 years later it is starting to become a difficult task. We have been trying for two years now! I recently had a myometomy done 5 weeks ago and they also found endo, adhesions and 4 cysts.
I want to know if anyone else has experience secondary infertility and conceived later? Thanks for read.
