I know with mother's day coming up some of us are having a tough time.

I just thought I would share with you what we do every year on my mom's b-day. Even though my boys never meet her we color pictures and tie them to a bunch of balloons and send them up to heaven for her on her birthday! And I was thinking this year of doing it on mother's day too for her.

That sounds like such a good idea. I might do something like that with the girls. Allison remembers grandma, Elizabeth doesn't remember but I think that it is a good idea.

That sounds like a good idea. I might have to do that on father's day and my dad's b-day. Alyssa remembers my dad, so I think I will have her draw some pictures for him.
