HELP!!!  I have tried everything to try to get my 2 1/2 year old to brush his teeth.  He used to let me brush his teeth without any problem but for some reason he absolutely refuses to do it now.  I have no idea what changed!  I have tried everything...trying to make it a game, letting him brush my teeth, different flavors of tooth paste, different tooth brushes.  I don't know what to do.  Any suggestions???
