I'll start the official sticky!!!
My u/s went great!! Everything measuring right on track but of course there really wasn't much to see since the baby is the size of a poppy seed! lol But we did see the yolk sac and on the yolk sak saw a teeny bit of movement so we could see where the baby was at least. The dr is so incredibly nice and she is on call the weekend before the 25th and normally wouldn't do appts, but since it is the only day she is opening up 1 slot for me. We will do another u/s and get to see the hb!!! Then I'll have great pics to take to tell/show my parents!
I also have 2 cysts on my left ovary, likely where I ovulated from. One was 4.25mm and the other was about 3mm. She just said it was normal, but was kind of big so we will want to keep an eye on them.
So happy right now!

Very happy for you! I hope I have good news to share next week. Going for initial u/s next Thursday to make sure baby is ok and everything is progressing as expected. Fingers crossed!

So went for first ultrasound yesterday, and so far so good! I'm 6w4d today by her estimation, and she saw the heartbeat. So positive thoughts! 5 1/2 more weeks, and I can breathe a little easier. But at least this was some good news to start my vacation tomorrow! My new due date will be March 12, 2012, which is oddly enough my sister's birthday. Also, the day before my niece, and two days after my stepson and my grandmother. Crazy!

Here's my little one, according the LMP this is 7 weeks but LO measured ahead at 7w4d, hb was 148.

so it's really early and they can't see anything but the sac but .... it just might be TWINS .... lol.... u should see my DH face .... we have 2 sac's .... we go back on aug 18th to see if theres babies in both !!! can't wait .....this is just wait she told me we would see for 5w 5d pg but i never thought 2 .... next ones at 8 weeks !!! can u believe this !!!!!!!!
