Now that we all have our babies, I am curious to know what kinds of baby gear y'all are loving right now. One thing that I love is the Similac SimplySmart bottles. Maddisyn seems to do best with those so far. They are on the pricey side and I just have 1 at the moment, but I am definitely getting more. Also, her little playmat for the floor is proving useful. She is 2 months old and is definitely showing more interest in it. Just trying to get a little bit of conversation going on here, I miss it!

I had bought some Avent bottles and got some Dr. Brown bottles as a present. But I gotta say most I like the Gerber first essentials bottles. Mason does really good with them. Plus they fit my Medela pump!!! They're only like $4 bucks for 3 of them, so they're a steal :). I also LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the fisher price rock n' play. He's 5 weeks old and sleeps in it during the day and also at night next to our bed. Another must are pacifiers in our house. Most he like the Avent ones. I tried the Nuk ones, but he doesn't take them.

Some things I don't use much or at all:

- The changing table...I rather change him on the bed or the floor in his room. The changing table is so low it hurts my back.

-The crib...not yet ;)

-The Boppy Pillow..I pump and bottle feed..so don't need it for feeding..I do sit him in it sometimes

The only thing I can think of is our Jumperoo & Exersaucer. All my kiddos used them and Katerina is loving them right now. She's only 7 weeks, but we prop her up with a blanket and she'll stay there for maybe 1/2 an hour just staring and batting at the toys. So fun to watch her.
Usually the only place she'll sleep/nap is her crib, so I guess I'm happy for that lol. We don't use paci's and rarely use bottles (The wide Dr. Browns. Only when I go out without her maybe once a week.) So I don't have much to talk about haha

LOVING my Moby! Since Carley was 3 weeks old I've been taking her to the gym to walk on the track there while my 3 year old plays with her friends in the Kids Club. Carley basically takes her morning nap in the Moby, it keeps her so close and secure unlike some of the buckle type carriers.

She also loves the swing....we actually took it camping with us the past couple of weeks! She loves sitting under the awning of the camper and swinging in the breeze! :)

The stroller...the day we got the stroller saved our sanity lol !!!!

She loves it outside...and no matter what, if we put her in it and step outside, she is all ready shushing and looking around wide-eyed. My Mom keeps saying that Charles (her hubby of about 13 years) has finally got his farmer. They kept trying to get Caitlin to be interested but shes not very much. So their hopeful Kira will be it now lol.

I have been getting her to sleep in her crib at night and sometimes for one nap a day during the day...she only likes it on her belly, so I do try my best to keep an ear and eye out for that...but I lay her down with nothing else in there so I feel like she is safe, or as safe as can be.

Not much else she love loves yet...we are trying to teach her to like her infant to toddler rocker chair, and just the last few days, she has actually been sitting in it for maybe up to 20 min...10 min is more like it, and a lot of those times is only 5 min...but it's a start.

And I admittedly put her in front of the tv sometimes to try to get her to like the chair etc.

Hoping to get her to like a jumperoo thingy, but we dont have it yet, but she'd be too small for it anyways. She is only about 5 and 1/2 weeks and not great head control yet.

i love just about everything we got, lux sleeps where ever we can put her down, the car seat, (if we were out for a drive we just keep her in it) the swing has been a life saver, someone got us a Moses basket, and she loves to sleep in that, the only thing we seem to not be using is the bassinet!!! LOL

i love my moby wrap, she is so calm in it, and when we are out and about sometimes i prefer it over the stroller! i love her to be so close to me.

and with my huge breasts the boppy pillow has been a real life saver. i honestly don't think i could be able to sit up and breast feed without it.

probably the best thing of all would be my nipple pads. with my large breasts, i have a huge supply of milk, and i leak almost continuously. those things keep me from having to change my shirts all the time.

Really the only baby gear that's used is the pack and play and moby. He sleeps in my room in the bassinet part at night, and most of the day he is chilling in the moby. Other then that my house is filled with a ton of crap that I will probably never use lol

I mostly like the boppy and pack-n-play (I cover the boppy with a thick blanket first, and put it in the pack-n-play) it is the only place Abby will nap during the day other than on my squishy belly.

Changing table has saved daddy's sanity- he puts her up there and she stares out the window content as can be while he just plays with her, and loves on her- the only place she stays awake and calm at the same time for him (she has colic and cries the entire time he is home before we go to bed)

Car seat- having trouble passing gas or poop even with the gas drops? strap her in her car seat and rock her, never fails within 10 minutes, we have poopie !!! I just can't seem to hold her at the same angle by myself (she kicks her legs straight)

playtex nurser bottles and my manual pump- saves mommy sanity on cluster feeding days or just when out and about- or for when Nanny wants to babysit for a while :)

Abby doesn't care much for her bouncy chair, swing, or her playmat- but I am hoping she will enjoy them more when she gets a little bigger.

I forgot to list the changing table..mine is the same way, she can contently lay there sometimes just staring out the window or the wall...I definitely use it for here and there moments.

I love the tommy teepee bottles also the playtex nursers. I breast feed mostly but. Those are the bottles I like for when I pump. I aslo use the rock and play I think its fisher price. I loooove it aand that were he sleeps most of the time. I like the wrap blankets too. They are so easy to bundle him and he sleeps longer ALP snuggled up and warm.
I haven't used my nippy at all. The one I have seems to thick and it bothers me. I loved it with my daughter idk. I haven't used the crib either. I plan to but he sleeps so good in the rock and play.

i ended up getting this rocking hammock type thing from target and it has literally saved me. this is the only thing he will sleep all night in. and for only 50 bucks, i will be saving this, or buying one for all my future babies.
