2nd cycle on Clomid

Took my first dose yesterday. Sigh. The mood swings, the irritability. I'm worried about "going off" on my coworkers." This medicine makes me nuts and completely illogical.

I'm sorry about the symptoms... I've never been on clomid, so I'm curious - how long does it take for the side effects to start after you take the first pill? How long do they last? Do you feel them just for the few days on the medicine our do they last a week or two after? I'm thinking of taking it next cycle.

ugh, annoying!! I never had any of those side effects from clomid... guess I (and DH!) was lucky! on the bright side, it's FRIDAY! that should put a smile on your face for a lil while

For me, the side effects start within the hour after taking it. I also get some headaches from it.

But, the PMS like symptoms, the mood swings, irritability, and the shorter fuse are the worse. I've had some mild cramping.

I'm so tired of stressing out about becoming pregnant. I'm tired of being hopeful every single cycle to be let down. And I hate watching "35" quickly approaching. Sept will be three years of TTC#2. Three long years.
