Hey y'all!

I have been such a slacker the past month and I know it. We had a lot happen! Since we found out our last ivf was a bust, I decided to move back to SoCal early and leave DH in Washington til March in order to go back to work. We took a 8 day road trip down the coast and I started my job a few days later. It has been a challenge waking up to an alarm clock again! The movers dropped off our stuff yesterday so we get to spend this weekend unpacking. Boo.

Since I'm basically Dh-less for 5 months (aside from a few weekend follies here + there) I'm taking ng on a new game plan! I am going to try anything + everything that claims to help fertility. I started both DH & myself on fertilaid last month. I just had my 2nd acupuncture appt with a lady i loooove - she worked with Resolve for awhile, how cool! I am drinking fertility smoothiez for breakfast; they contain organic rice protein, acai berry, maca root, bee pollen, royal jelly, super greens , wheat grass + a ton of Omega's. Very healthy and taste amazing!

I also heard rumors that going gluten free can help fertility and then my acupuncturist suggested dairy free as well. No bread? No butter, no cheese, no ice cream??! I think I might die. Yesterdar was my "first day" although I cheated and had ranch dressing with my veggies. Any of you ladies do either of these eating lifestyles? Any pointers?

Happy Saturday girls! Baby dust for the weekend!

Yes, it's True. Going gluten free and Dairy free supports Fertility naturally. It was easy for me to give up gluten because I'm gluten intolerant but I know what you mean about cheese. I really miss it sometimes so I pick up Goat cheese feta for a salad every once in a while. It's the cow dairy you really need to stay away. Good luck with all the lifestyle changes, once you get used to it it's really wonderful :)

I have also heard that these changes can help fertility! I'm dairy free and vegetarian. I was just considering gluten free today, but I'm not sure I'm ready to give up my bread just yet! I hope it helps and you are feeling good! Definitely give us an update to see how you're feeling after a couple weeks! I've heard people say they feel amazing!!!
