Getting frustrated

So, I am sitting here waiting for AF to show so I can start BCP for IVF.
At cd17, I had an US, and it showed I was about to ovulate. I was away after that so never had an US to confirm Ovulation, however my 7dpo progesterone test showed that I did ovulate. So Dr figures I ovulated on cd18.

Well, I am now cd33, 16 dpo, and no AF.

WTH, where is she? I tested this am with a First Response, and it was negative.

I know I am not pregnant, I just want her to show so I can start BCP.

Today is CD 40 for me & I have to wait for her to show so I can get my HSG so my doctor can PRESCRIBED the drugs I need to ovulate.

Why does she show when no one wants her and hides away when we want her most?

I'm so sorry! I can't imagine your frustration! I hope she shows up ASAP for you. And I agree! Why won't she stay away when we want her to, but not show up when we need her to? Ugh. Witch.

AF defiantly loves to trick us, doesn't she? I hope she shows soon for you so that you can move on to your next cycle!

My AF showed up late too, when I was waiting to start BCP for IVF. And she is rarely ever late! I think she does this just to annoy us.

OMG- the same thing happened to me! When I was getting ready to start BCP for IVF she was like 5 days late and she is never late for me! She is a brat! I hope she shows up soon for you so you can get the party started and get moving towards your beautiful BFP!!
