Looking for a job while pregnant

Has anyone tried to find a job while pregnant? I know I do not legally have to disclose that I am pregnant but I feel like I will be being dishonest. I am early enough in the pregnancy that I can get away with saying I just found out if I get a job offer or wait until shortly after I start. We just moved to a new state and I want to work so I hope I find something soon!

Yes! I actually had an interview today and it went really well!The job requires lots of lifting and stuff and I wanted to mention so badly that I'm pregnant, but I think I really want the job...anything other than what I have now! I know mine and baby's health is more important but geez talk about perfect timing huh lol Good luck on the search!!

i wouldnt say a word! If they hire you they cant fire you just for finding out later that you are pregnant. i think the only thing you would need to worry about is if you will be able to get mat leave ... good luck on the job hunt!!

We had been trying for a year. I recently changed jobs and just found out after my 3 month probationary period. So luckily, I was already in. Had to tell them right away due to the hazards in my field. I am a veterinary technician.

I have been interviewing a lot lately as well and got an offer today (finally). It is a temp-hire position with a 6 month wait in between and I have no clue when is the right time to tell them that I am pregnant. It is a small office of 5 but they are all men. Any advice?

i have a job but it ends the 12th but i had to tell because i work with harsh and dangerous chemicals so keep your health and the babies and do what feels right....

I am working in a Comapny. I gor married in march and now pregnant . I am worried because I have been relocated for marriage and took one month leave for that on a special request and now If I will dislose them that I am prenant then will they provide me maternity leave. I am working here since 1.5 years. Pls. suggest when should I tell them and how.?
