So I'm having sleeping issues. I don't sleep. I rest when I get home from work, but I'm not sleeping. Now when I go to bed I can't fall alseep. Last night I was awake till almost 3 and then I have to get up at 6:45. Any ideas of what to do?

I'm sure it will pass. What do you think would it help to have some warm milk or cocoa before bed? Or tea?
I typically have nightmare/weird dream when pregnant and those scare me awake.

Not sure, I'm wondering if its from all the meds they have me on. I have to take progesterone so I'm wondering if that's what's making it hard to sleep. I can't take all the meds at the same time so they are spaced out over 24 hours. But I'm sure it will pass. :)

Oh Boy!! So not looking forward to no sleep. I love my sleep. I tend to sleep alot better when DH isn't in the bed, but that's only for an hour in the morning. I sleep awesome on the weekends because he gets out of bed by 7 so I get the bed to myself for a little while.

Me too Jacki!!!! I LOVE a bed to myself , I tend to sleep diagonal and much better if I'm alone lol. The last of my pregnancy I was so uncomfortable and up and down that I slept on the couch or in the recliner =/

LOL!! I finally went on the couch last night and dosed for a little while, then finally made my way back up stairs to sleep, well at least try to anyway. Not looking forward to spending many nights on the couch. If we weren't using our spare room as a storage room and had crap everywhere I would sleep in there :(

I needed that laugh...if this forum only had a "like" button! LOL DH and I just talked about that- I sleep so much better alone too. I can just get comfy and not have to feel him move all night. Insomnia is pretty much my middle name too...I am tired; but can't seem to fall asleep.

I am totally different right now. All I want to do is sleep sleep sleep. I am growing more and more tired everyday...just plain exhausted. I have no energy to do anything and I hate feelin this way. UGH! :-( And right now my 2 yr old DS is going thru sleep issues. He is waking at 3am and staying up...wide awake. So this makes me even more tired. I fell asleep this afternoon around 2 and didnt wake until 5...and could have kept sleeping but I had to take my oldest son somewhere.

There are a few times I can't sleep, but I am pretty tired getting up in the morning with my DS. 6:15 comes way too quickly.
