can my body trick me after miscarriage

on july 1 i started having a MC it lasted a week i was only 5-6 weeks along in the PG. my doctor said we could start trying again right away after i had the all clear ultrasound on the 17th, the ultra sound tech said that my right ovaries had 2 "juicy" folicles getting ready to go. i think i ovulated on the 18th or 19th because i found ewcm. now its 7 dpo and i am having the same pg symptoms as before, does anyone know if its that i could be pg again or is my body just reacting to my pms with left over hcg or thinking its pg but its not im so confused and worried i really want it to be a pregnancy again.

I have no personal experience of having a MC so I'm not sure what kind of symptoms it can cause... I would maybe wait another few days before taking a HPT... Good luck!! I hope you get your BFP and it's a sticky baby!

I'm really sorry about your loss in the beginning of the month. I have several friends who have gotten pregnant the cycle after an early m/c. By my calculations, you may only be 5 or 6 DPO though, so I would wait to test if I were you. I hope you get a BFP in the next week and a sticky bean and healthy April 2013 baby!!

So sorry for you loss. I had a m/c in march so I remember how painful it was. Did they test the HCH out of your system? They told me not to TTC right away so I skipped a cycle. But they kept testing my HCG until it was back to 0. If you have no HCG left and your uterus looked clear I see no reason why you couldn't be pregnant though!

I am sorry for your m/c, unfortunately I am well versed in them. It is possible to be pg again so soon. At 7dpo though, a fertilized egg most likely has not implanted yet, so the symptoms you are feeling are actually from the increase in progesterone in your body which greatly mimics pg symptoms and drive us all crazy around here.

If you did catch that egg though, you normally would have implantation between 7-10 dpo, and can test soon after that.

they did 2 hcg blood tests to make sure the levels were going down and they did the ultrasound to make sure it was all clear and she said that my lining in my uterus was clear and even. from the sound of what i hear by this time in this cycle i should have no hcg in my system right? the reason im suspicious is last month when i got pregnant i knew i was because my areolas grew waaay bigger something that never happened with pms, with pms my bbs just got really sore and no other changes. they also feel fuller now too. i am going crazy waiting and im having a hard time trying to not get my hopes up, we have been trying for over a year.

Sorry about your loss! I have had 4 losses so far, so I understand the pain and confusion. The rest of the ladies are all right on the spot: As long as you were given the OK and your HCG levels went down, you can get pregnant right away. On a personal note, however, when I was given the OK to start right away after an early loss, the next cycle had me sure that I was pregnant again, or still.. Lots of confusion! For me, it was just my body getting back on track, but I HAVE know several ladies on here that have gotten pregnant right away and felt the same way. Hopefully when you test you'll get a nice, dark, BFP! Sending you lots of sticky vibes as well ((HUGS))

well i took 2 dollar store tests one on 9dpo and then again on 14dpo both came out negative but my chest soreness has gotten worse and i occasionally feel tired and sick this sucks im very confused my body is acting more pregnant than it did last month when i was actually pregnant. im feeling very depressed, anybody have advise or hope to give?

took a first response 3 days later and got a BFP :D im soooo happy yaya heres praying for a sticky baby
