Ok, so without giving too much personal info, let's just say that BDing will probably not happen every other day for the entire week I expect to ovulate. So, for our best odds, should we start when noticeable O signs occur (EWCM, CP), with a +OPK, or earlier?

I would BD as soon as you see EWCM, and when you can tell O is coming. Then when you get your + OPK, keep doing it for the next couple days. If you use the strips you can tell by those as they fade darker.

I would start with whichever occurs first (O signs or + OPK) and try to BD everyday for that three or four days if possible or at least every other day during those few days. Good luck catching that eggie :)

I would take note of your body's signs. If you do decide to use opk some surge longer than others but "most" can expect the egg to pop 12-48 hours after it hits +. You do not necessarily have to have a whole lot of sex, an egg doesn't care if you had sex multiple times or just once. It all about being in the right place at the right time. Good Luck!
