Do any of you ladies use the ClearBlue Fertility Monitor? I have been using it for a few months now. Each month it has given me a peak reading around the same time each month, however, this month I have had 17 days of high readings with no peak. I have had high readings from cycle day cycle day 9 and still got one this morning which is cycle day 25. I have been temping, however, with my work schedule this month I haven't been able to temp at the same times each day so my temps are all out of whack. Therefore, I don't know if I didn't ovulate or what. I did forget to do the fertility monitor on cycle day 12...I usually O on or around cycle day 14. So, I don't know if maybe it could be all messed up from me missing that one day or if I just didn't O. I just don't understand why I would get a high reading almost all month if I didn't O. Does anyone have any experience with this?

I used the CBEFM to get PG with my son and never had that happen. But I never missed a day of testing. Maybe missing that one day was enough to throw it off. Did you read the book that came with it about what would happen if you miss a day of testing? Or maybe you just didn't O this month. Either way good luck hoping you did O and it's just a fluke.

I read the book, but it didn't give a very clear answer. I think me missing that day just really messed everything thing up! AF is due tomorrow & it still gave me a high reading this morning! Crazy huh? I guess we will see with my next cycle. How long did it take you to get pregnant after you started using the CBFM?

This same thing happened to me! My DH was convinced that this shouldn't happen, so he read the manual and somewhere in there it says that if you get a bunch of days of high in a row without getting a peak, you should stop for the month. I'm sorry I forgot how many days in a row it is. I would say in the future, if you get 6 days or high without a peak, just stop testing for the month. This can be caused by several factors:

1. You missed a day. I think this is what happened in your case because your missed day was so close to O time. This happened to me once.
2. You had an anovulatory cycle which can occur once or even twice a year for a typical woman due to one month of low FSH or one month where ovaries don't respond like they are supposed to.
3. You may have oversauturated the test sticks. This also happened to me once before I realized I was making this mistake.

I hope this helps. And hopefully this was just a fluke/mistake with the tests and you still ovulated. Hoping you get a BFP in the next few days!!!

I used the CBEFM for 2 months and got PG on our second month using it. Total time to conceive my son was 5 months but only "really" trying for the last two. Good luck to you and if do do get AF I would suggest not to miss a day of testing :)
