Slowing down or speeding up the holidays?

We are slowing down work and home, but boy oh boy are we ever speeding up outside. Jade has had more outside classes in the last two weeks then ever this year. We have parties like crazy too. How about you?

I run our homeschool group and purposefully had a big Thanksgiving party so I wouldn't have to do one at Christmas. Wednesday night Bible study is on hold until after the New year so our lives have actually slowed a bit.

We are doing the normal amount of school work and will continue that through the 21st and then I'm hoping to take 2 weeks off from most work. We will probably continue with All About Reading during that time. I'm really wanting to get her reading well and she's doing well with it, but I feel like we need to keep up with it.

I am trying to stay consistant but with all the construction we have going on around the house to prepare for the new baby we have skipped LA a day here & there the last 2 weeks. Oh the guilt.
