Follie check

OK, so I had another follie check today. I'm on CD9, clomid days 5-9, 100mg. I had two larger than normal follies on the left. Fluid around them. There is a chance I missed O, and it happened CD8, but more likely it is the same two follies we saw last cycle, same side, but slightly larger. aka a total bust this cycle.

Those of you that have had regular follie checks, anyone experience follies on the same side, same number, back to back?

I haven't experienced 2 follies on one side with Clomid, but I have missed my window on Clomid before and I don't have the right words to convey the frustration. I am so sorry if this is happening to you, but I am holding out hope that you still have a chance this cycle.

Is it possible to O from the same side two months in a row? If you missed a chance, I hope it was last month and you will still O in the next week or so. I'm really sorry if this month is a bust Will you be going in for another u/s? I'm really hoping you get better news in a few days!

It's possible, it's just 50/50 on which side. no rule that it has to alternate. But, the likelyhood of 2 follies on the same side, bigger than norm, at only 9dpo? Unlikely.

Will you be going in for another u/s?
Nope, I'm feeling very defeated.

meaning clomid didn't work At All? boo! i'm really sorry to hear that. I wonder why those two little silly follies are just hanging out? are they cysts maybe?

I only have 1 ovary and O every month, so... yes.
