I don't know if they can teethe that early. Is he putting his hands in his mouth a lot? Drooling? Acting uncomfortable? I remember giving Payton the Hylands teething tablets. They were in the health food section and just dissolved. It's been 8 years though so I don't know if they are used anymore. You could give infant tylenol if he's fussing and uncomfortable, but get the dosing from your pedi. Mason is drooling and gnawing on his hands but no signs of teeth yet and he's just over 14 weeks.

Cassie was drooling alot and chewing on her fingers alot as well shortly after 8 weeks which is usual for her. The pediatrician said that the drooling and slightly more fussiness can be caused by the shots they give them at 2 months old.

She stopped doing is around 10 weeks but as started back again now at 12 weeks again. I can see the white crescents of her teeth a little bit under the gums, but no teeth yet.

I've been giving her tylonel when the fussing gets much worse, currently only had to give it to her 3 times and then she's fine for a long time.
