I do not know the gender of my baby, but my husband, mom, and in-laws all know. The u/s tech gave my mom a copy of the gender shot at my request and I permitted her to inform the others, just not me.
With that said, based on my intuition of reading people's faces, esp. my mom who looked like she had been hit by a train, I think it's a boy. The ring test, my never-stopping morning sickness, how I'm losing beauty, carrying weight differently, cravings (sweets), etc--all pointed to girl after having two boys. My mom was convinced the baby was a girl, as was I, and then the look on her face was not one of "I knew it!" but of "no way!"
Granted I do not actually know if the baby is a boy, but everyone's reactions strongly suggest so. Yesterday, on the way home from pizza hut I was talking with my husband about what we would do with the sleeping arrangements. He said we'd probably move Adam (our oldest) into the computer room/guest bedroom and the younger two would share Adam and Jacob's room. Why would he suggest putting a baby girl in the room with Jacob? I think it's a boy!
So if that's the case, the symptoms are all wrong!
Then again, I may be in for the biggest surprise of my life and everyone around me are good actors!
