PCOS-LATE PERIOD-NEGATIVE BLOOD TEST

I got diagnosed with PCOS a couple of months ago but it was always suspected that I had it. I know that it can mess with your chances of having children. A few weeks go I felt these weird cramps and they didn't feel like usual so I took a pregnancy test. I took six, all different brands and the first four had and a second faint line and the last two had nothing. I ended up wait a week or so to see if my period come but it never came. So I got a blood test done and it was negative. A week later still having cramps and now having tender breast, lower back ache and feel nauseous all the time. PLEASE HELP!!!!

My last period: Dec. 15th
